Meet Tessa
A little background on me
My name is Tessa Sheehy, and I am the proud mother of four wonderful grown-up children. Passion drives me in everything I do in life. For many years, I had the pleasure of singing in a dance band at corporate events. Additionally, I have been involved in theatre for the past 35 years, recently receiving the prestigious 35-year NODA badge.
Working with vulnerable adults is another area close to my heart. I strive to help them find housing and address issues such as addiction and mental health. Becoming a Celebrant was a natural choice for me. I wanted to offer my skills to families, bringing their loved one's story to life and celebrating it together on the day of the funeral, surrounded by family and friends.
I would be delighted to have a conversation with you and collaborate on planning a memorable send-off. Together, we can create an occasion filled with love, laughter, respect, and dignity.

Funeral Ceremonies With Meaning
As a qualified Civil Funeral Celebrant I am able to offer a high level of quality in the ceremonies I conduct on your behalf. My priority is to create and tailor a ceremony that meets your needs and wishes and which fits with your philosophical, cultural or spiritual values.
I will spend time with you to create a ceremony that with thought and care will provide a fitting tribute and which is able to capture the essence of your loved one; creating a story which brings together the many strands of their life.
An important aspect of the ceremony will be to capture the memories, voices and feelings of your family and friends, some of whom may wish to speak, read a poem or share their own words during the service. Alternatively, I am able to lead all aspects of the ceremony according to your wishes.
